Hello! I'm Julie Hallberg, and I offer vacation pet sitting in your home or mine. I also offer daily dog walking and care. I am a responsible adult animal lover and stay-at-home Mom of two school aged boys. I have been pet sitting in the Woodlake area for five years.
My home is nonsmoking and backs to miles of walking trails and several parks.
My in-home services are special because unlike kennels, I never crate your pet unless that is what they're used to at home. Your pet is free to roam my entire home at will and sleep wherever is most comfortable for them. I also maintain a one pet (or two from the same family) limit on overnights. My goal is to give your pet(s) the most enjoyable and stress-free experience as possible. While you're away, I treat each pet with love, as if they were my own! Your pet will never have to wait for their needs to be met, and will not have to compete with a whole building full of other animals.
Each visit to your home includes feeding and watering, a walk or let in/out, some playtime (if your pet desires it), and lots of love and affection! I also offer services such as mail retrieval, plant watering, and light rotation at no extra charge with your pet sitting service.

********REQUIREMENTS FOR OVERNIGHTS IN MY HOME**********
In order to keep things stress free and hygenic for your pet(s) and for my family during overnights in my home, he/she/they must be:
Up to date on all vaccinations
Flea free
Housebroken (this includes "marking their territory" - see below)
Also, I CANNOT accept pets with ANY history of malicious behavior or biting.
HOURS: You are welcome to drop off/pick up at any time between the hours of 8:00am and 6pm. If you have an early/late arrival or departure planned for a trip, it may be better for you to drop off the night before or pick up the morning after.

Pricing
- ***Payment is due on or before your service start date.***
- Long-term care (14+ days): contact me for a quote
- Overnights In My Home: $30 per night
- Visits to Your Home: $10 per visit (includes let in/out or 5-10 minute walk, food/water, and some love and play!)
- Daily Walking: $10 per walk (discounts for daily, long term arrangements)
- Trip to the "Ruff House" Dogpark: $20 with petsitting service
- Multiple Pets: No extra charge for up to 2 dogs in your home, add $5 per night for 2 dogs in my home, add $2 per dog after 2 (2 pet limit on overnights and day care in my home)
- Cat Care: $8 per visit to your home, $10 per night in my home, add $1 per extra cat
- Small (caged) Animal Care: Same as cat care
- *** Up to 2 cats or caged animals are included with dog sitting in your home.
- ****SOILING: Accidents happen; however, if your dog/cat urinates/defecates on the floor in my home more than one time during their stay, a $20 clean up fee will be charged per week of your pet's stay, and will be due immediately upon pickup.
- ***HOLIDAY SITTING***There is an additional charge of $10 per home visit or per night for the following holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day. There is an extra charge of $15 per visit or $20 per night for Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve Day, and New Year's Day.
Marking
- Marking has become a big problem. I am no longer able to accept pets that make a habit of "marking their territory" inside my home. If your pet marks during their stay, they will not be allowed back. Sorry for any incovenience, but I have to keep things hygenic for my family.
